Profile Properties - Profile Chaining
Profile chaining enables you to concatenate several profiles so that they are automatically consecutively run in a specific sequence.This profile property isn't available unless Expert Mode is activated.
Profile
The name of the chained profile is shown here which is to be automatically run immediately after the current profile. The Edit button enables you to edit chained profiles. You can use the option Don't start chained profile unless this profile has been successfully started to prevent a chained profile from being run.Start profile for which operation?
The following options enable you to specify the operation for which the chained profile is to be run:- AllSync Copy Operation (CopyOp)
- AllSync Copy Preview (CopyPrev)
- AllSync Scheduler (Sch)
- Command Line (CL)
Editing Profile Chains
The profiles listed in the table can be concatenated by dragging & dropping them with the mouse.To do this, left-click on a profile and keep the mouse button pressed followed by dragging the profile onto another profile and then releasing the mouse button.
The context menu of a profile enables you to delete a chain. The checkbox at the column 'A' enable you to deactivate the chained profile without deactivating the following profiles. The 4 checkboxes enable you to specify for which operation the chain is to be used.
